It’s not something that’s used very often, but VOCM Cares Foundation has launched its Emergency Relief Fund, a program available at times of crisis or for disaster relief.
The fund will be activated for the entire month of September and for every donation made, VOCM Cares will match it, dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000.
At the end of the month, the full amount raised will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross for disaster relief.
