A man whose vehicle crashed into another in the west end of St. John’s just before midnight should not have been behind the wheel.
The RNC took the 31-year-old to headquarters where he failed a breath test for alcohol. His licence has been suspended and his vehicle seized. He will appear in court at a later date.
