There’s still no word on if the province plans to lift the province-wide fire ban anytime soon.
The ban, which was put in place last month, was set to be reevaluated yesterday.
According to government’s website, the ban remains in effect.
Fines for starting a fire during the ban range from $50,000 to $150,000.
