A 17-year-old is without his vehicle being pulled over by RNC this morning for allegedly driving at speeds up to 45 km/h over the speed limit.
RNC pulled the vehicle over on the Outer Ring Road just after 9:00 a.m..
Police also determined that the teen had alcohol in his system.
His license was suspended, and the vehicle impounded.
Police remind the public of the province’s zero-tolerance policy for drivers under the age of 22.
