The provincial government has issued a tender for a new 20-unit apartment building in Corner Brook.
The building, to be located on Crestview Avenue, will consist of 10 one-bedroom apartments, and 10 two-bedrooms apartments.
Four of the two-bedroom units will be fully accessible. All will be built using universal design.
Last July, the province awarded a contract for the construction of six homes in the same area, with a completion deadline of July 2026.
