A job fair is taking place today at the Reid Community Centre in Mount Pearl.
The event, hosted by the Mount Pearl Paradise Chamber of Commerce, is free for job seekers looking to connect with employers and post-secondary institutions.
Wanda Palmer, executive director of the Mount Pearl Paradise Chamber of Commerce, says it’s a great way for employers to find the right people and for people to find the right job.
She urges job hunters to bring their resume, dress to impress, and be ready to meet some great employers.
