A 47-year-old man is facing several charges after assaulting another person yesterday evening.
RNC were called to the scene in the centre city just before 8:00 last night to report an assault.
The man is now facing two charges of assault with a weapon on top of charges of uttering threats, assault, mischief and breach of a court order.
He was held to see a judge.
