The St. John’s Soccer Club is playing host to two major national championships this coming week.
The 2025 Challenge Cup and the Jubilee Trophy are taking place in St. John’s from October 8-13, featuring the country’s top amateur teams.
For the Jubilee Trophy, Newfoundland and Labrador is being represented by two-time national champion Holy Cross Nutra Holdings, while first-time entrant St. John’s Soccer Club is also in the mix.
On the men’s side, Holy Cross is making their 23rd appearance at the Challenge Cup nationals, while Conception Bay South Strikers are playing in the nationals for the very first time.
Games will take place at King George V, and at the new Fortis Canada Games Park.
