Mount Pearl is going to do a deep dive into public transit in the city.

Metrobus and sister company Go Bus currently provide some service between there and St. John’s.

It’s asking residents and businesses to take part in the review.

To gather data and opinion, there will be a public survey available on the city’s ‘Hey Mount Pearl’ platform, as well as an interactive map where users can drop pins on preferred destinations and suggest bus route improvements. Printed handouts are available at the Summit Centre, Mount Pearl City Hall and on routes 21 and 22.

The campaign runs until November 14, after which time a draft will be prepared for council.
