Metro police nabbed a man on their wanted list during a traffic stop in Mount Pearl last evening.

RNC hauled the car over around 9:00 where officers determined the vehicle was not registered or insured.

The 42-year-old man in the passenger seat also raised red flags for police as it was determined he had a warrant out for his arrest.

He was held for a court appearance.

Meanwhile, the driver was ticketed and had his vehicle impounded.
