Discussions regarding the fate of a replacement hospital for St. Clare’s are ongoing as government begins reviewing projects proposed by the previous government.
In Opposition, the PCs were highly critical of the land arrangement made at Kenmount Crossing for a new hospital to replace St. Clare’s.
Infrastructure Minister Barry Petten says “everything is on the table” as government tries to address a nearly $1 billion deficit.
He says no decision has yet been made on the healthcare facility, but he expects to know more on the fate of the project once staff completes a review.
