A Placentia man found slumped over the wheel of his car has been arrested after he was found to be over four times beyond the legal alcohol limit.
Police were first contacted just before 7:00 p.m. on Boxing Day from a concerned citizen who found the man reportedly unconscious behind the wheel along Route 91.
RCMP found the SUV and took the 37-year-old to the Placentia detachment, where he was found to be well beyond the legal alcohol limit.
His license has been suspended, his vehicle was impounded, and the man will appear in court at a later date.
