The provincial government has issued a boil-water advisory for the Town of Badger following flooding in the community.

Officials say recent flooding in the municipality could affect its drinking water system.

They’re asking residents to boil water for at least one minute before drinking, brushing teeth, cooking or washing food.

Government says it will conduct water tests and advise when the water is safe to drink again.
