A 66-year-old man is without his ATV after he was pulled over on Sunday by an officer on patrol in Placentia.

RCMP say the man told police that he was only traveling a short distance to help clear snow from a nearby driveway, but it turned out that his licence was suspended and the ATV was not registered or insured.

The machine was seized and the driver was issued a ticket for driving while disqualified.
