One of the top curlers in the world isn’t sure what’s next with his skip calling it a career.
Brad Gushue is playing his final Brier and Mark Nichols, who has been with Brad from day one at the World Junior Championship 25 years ago, says his focus this week is strictly on the Canadian championship at the Mary Brown’s Centre.
He says the teams they’re up against are quite a bit younger, so he can understand Gushue’s decision to step away.
Nichols says he’ll use the offseason to figure out what’s next.
