A 52-year-old woman who had a bit too much to drink made it a busy afternoon for the RNC.
It all started after police pulled her car over outside a restaurant in Paradise around 4:20. She did not comply with demands for a breath sample and was charged with refusual.
RNC impounded the vehicle and released the woman to appear in court at a later date.
A little over an hour later, police were called to the woman’s address where she was accused of assaulting someone.
She was then taken to the lockup on a charge of assault.
