The provincial government has opened up the application process for a program aimed at helping newcomers settle.

The Settlement and Integration Program provides funding to projects that aim to help newcomers integrate into the province.

Projects can be submitted under three funding streams, and should focus on providing direct services to newcomers to help them settle, find work, and succeed economically.

Funding is also available for projects that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Applications are due by the end of the day on April 1st.
