A man has been charged after his efforts to spook staff and customers at a downtown business crossed a line.
RNC was called around 10:30 last night about the masked man, who staff say had been turning up on a regular basis to stare at workers and customers through the window.
He was gone by the time officers arrived, but subsequently returned and was arrested after a brief confrontation.
The 42-year-old was taken to the lock-up on charges of criminal harassment and resisting arrest.
