The federal government says it plans to spend $7.1-million on upgrades to a section of Bonne Bay Road through Gros Morne National Park.
Officials plan to repair a section of the road known as Barters Hill, which was severely damaged by a storm in 2018.
The project includes a new retaining wall with a 75-year lifespan and a new strip of pavement.
Work is set to begin this summer.
