A man who may have been enjoying himself a little too much at the Churchill Park Festival last night struck the wrong chord with law enforcement and ended up spending the night in the slammer.
RNC officers, while on foot patrol at the park, came across an intoxicated 23-year-old man. They say he was uncooperative and belligerent toward them and security.
He has been charged with two counts of uttering threats, public mischief and resisting arrest.
