Legislation is expected to be introduced this fall but, for some, rules governing the use of e-bikes and e-scooters can’t come fast enough.

Video of a large group of what appear to be young people on e-scooters and e-bikes driving on Columbus Drive is being shared on Facebook.

The clip shows a group of more than a dozen people driving in the middle of the 4-lane roadway.

As of yesterday afternoon, the RNC had not received a call concerning the incident, but they ask anyone who notices such activity or has traffic concerns to contact them (at 709-729-8000).
