The VOCM Cares Foundation Fall Cares for the Community 50/50 Raffle is back.

VOCM Cares Executive Director Jenelle Lambert says that although the sales often start slow, the jackpot is over $4000 with plenty of time left to grow.

Although sales can be somewhat unpredictable, Lambert says the common trend is for them to ‘explode’ in the last 24 hours.

Last year, that exact final push resulted in a jackpot of over $240,000.

Proceeds from the raffle go back into community services such as the Happy Tree Project, Block the Bus, the Janeway Patient Support Fund, the expanded Buddy Bear program, and the newly launched School Inclusion Fund.

Tickets are on sale now until Tuesday, December 8th.
