A lead foot driver is without his licence and vehicle after he was found going well over the posted limit on the Trans Canada on the weekend.
An officer patrolling the Goobies area clocked the car going 167 km/h in the 100 km/h zone around suppertime on Saturday.
The 23-year-old man, who is originally from Port de Grave, was ticketed for excessive speed. His licence was revoked while the car was taken to the impound lot.
