The annual Police and Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony is taking place at Confederation Building today.
The event, which coincides with a similar one on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, pays tribute to those who have died in the line of duty.
Twenty-one police and peace officers have lost their lives in the province.
The ceremony is at the monument site outside the main entrance of Confederation Building at 11 a.m.
