This will be a big week for post-secondary graduates in the province as Memorial University holds its annual fall convocation ceremonies.
Over 900 undergrad and graduate degrees will be conferred at the event, as well as one honourary degree.
That honour will go to Dr. Pamela Elizabeth Hall, a visual artist and educator, who will receive an honourary doctor of letters degree.
Convocation ceremonies are happening on Thursday at the Arts and Culture Centre in St. John’s. Each session will be live streamed, and later archived, on MUN’s convocation website.
