The Town of Paradise is expanding its options for outdoor recreation with its newest amenity – the Tilting Place Lookout.
The $200,000 park will be part of the town’s new strategic plan.
Its location will be between Adams Pond and Octagon Pond. Mayor Dan Bobbett says it will be a new open space.
It will include a natural play area, mini amphitheatre, a lookout area, and a spot for picnics.
The design and construction are going to be done locally, and construction is set to start in the next couple of weeks.
The town hopes to see the project completed this fall.
