Health officials in the province are reporting one new case of COVID-19 in the Central Health region.
The patient is a woman, between 20 and 39 years old, who just returned to the province from Alberta. She has been in isolation since her return.
The new case is not related to yesterday’s case reported in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region.
There are now three active cases of COVID-19 in the province.
To date, 42,556 people have been tested for the virus.
