The PC Party votes this weekend on whether to have a leadership review.
Ches Crosbie won the leadership over current finance critic Tony Wakeham two years ago, guiding them through the last election. While he failed to win government, he reduced the Liberal majority to a minority.
There will be a general election within a year.
The PC Party is holding its AGM in a hybrid format at the Capital Hotel in St. John’s this weekend with voting to begin tonight on whether to have a leadership, a move endorsed by Crosbie himself. He says a review is healthy for any political party.
The results are expected to be made public tomorrow.
