A St. John’s man will fulfil his dream of moving into a new condo building thanks to a big win on a scratch ticket.

Bill Earle recently won the $500,000 top prize on a Chrome Scratch’N Win game.

Earle long had his eye on the new digs, having looked at three or four condos before coming to the realization that he couldn’t afford it.

That didn’t deter him though, saying he still dreamed about owning one of those condos one day.

Earle says in addition to purchasing his dream condo, he’s looking forward to paying off his new vehicle and putting some money aside for education funds for his grandchildren.
