The RNC is warning the public about a series of recent break-ins at mobile home storage facilities in the metro region.

Police were called December 1 about a break-in at a mobile home storage facility on Commonwealth Avenue believed to have occurred over the last weekend in November. Officers confirmed that someone had forced their way into multiple trailers in the area.

Meanwhile, another break-in was reported December 2nd at a similar facility on Topsail Road west which was believed to have occurred the night before. Again, numerous trailers had been broken into.

Anyone with security or dash cam footage in the area of Commonwealth Avenue between Castle Bridge Drive to Brookfield Road, or Topsail Road at Blackmarsh Road, is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
