Even though Memorial University will continue with online courses through the spring semester, the College of the North Atlantic is expected to proceed with in-person instruction in January.
CNA says its plan, put in place in October, will see a little more than 50 per cent of students on campus for post-secondary programs.
That includes the schools of Engineering Technology, Health Sciences and Industrial Trades.
About 40 per cent of the student body will continue online instruction, while about seven per cent are receiving a combination of on-campus and online instruction.
Students attending class in person are required to wear a mask or approved shield, there will be a screening protocol in place, and no external groups will have access to CNA buildings.
