The results of the KPMG report into the potential sale of Mile One Centre should be made available in January.
The report will outline the factors that must be considered should the city decide to sell the facility.
Dean MacDonald, Owner of the Newfoundland Growlers, is interested in purchasing the building.
Initially, it was said that the report would be out in early December.
Mayor Danny Breen provided an update on the status of the report.
Currently, the report is with KPMG and civilian board members from St. John’s Sports and Entertainment. Once they are done with it, it will be presented to the council.
