RCMP have charged six drivers for impaired driving since Tibb’s Eve.
Yesterday, the mounties detailed a number of arrests of impaired drivers across the province, including a 34-year-old Paradise woman who allegedly passed an officer at 153 km/h.
Five of the drivers were found to be impaired by alcohol, while one, a 17-year-old, was charged for drug-impaired driving.
According to the RCMP, two of the drivers were found to have open alcohol in their vehicles.
In each case, the drivers received licence suspensions and their vehicles were impounded.
