Three people have been charged following a recent investigation into drug trafficking in the Conception Bay North area.

RCMP say three people, 32-year-old Brandon King, 29-year-old Vanessa Butler, and 31-year-old Jessica Roberts of Western Bay were arrested on Friday.

All three are each facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, morphine, and methylphenidate—or Ritalin—among other charges.

King has been remanded to custody pending a court appearance June 16, while Butler and Roberts have been released to appear July 28.
