The provincial Liberal Party maintains a strong lead in support according to a recent MQO Atlantic Matters Poll.
The poll shows the ruling party with 56 per cent support among decided and leaning voters, more than double the 26 per cent support for the Progressive Conservatives.
Support for the NDP trails at 15 per cent.
The poll of 400 Newfoundlanders and Labradorians was conducted in the field from June 12th to July 10th.
