Next Wednesday will be budget day in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Finance Minister Craig Pardy met with reporters to announce the date this afternoon at Confederation Building.
This will be the PC government’s first budget, with many people looking to see how many commitments made in the party’s election platform will be fulfilled.
Pardy says promises in the PC blue book will be addressed in the fiscal blueprint. He says government will deliver on “much” of what was in their election platform.
VOCM News will have live on-air coverage of the budget next Wednesday beginning at 2:00 p.m. live from the lobby of Confederation Building.
