Premier Andrew Furey is in Montreal this morning, meeting with Quebec Premier Francois Legault.

It’s the first face-to-face meeting between the two leaders since Furey first became premier in August of last year, and is Furey’s first face-to-face meeting with any of his provincial and territorial counterparts.

The two leaders are meeting this morning at 11:30 a.m. Newfoundland time and is being described as “introductory.”
