Public Health is reporting another nine new confirmed cases of COIVD-19 in the province today.
Three are in the Eastern Health region – one is related to international travel while the other two are related to travel in Canada.
Two cases are in Western Health, both of which are contacts of a previously known case. Four cases are in Labrador-Grenfell Health, all of which are contacts of previously known cases.

There are two additional presumptive positive cases in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region. The number of cases linked to the cluster in the Roddickton area has risen to 12. As a result, the area including Roddickton-Bide Arm, Englee, Conche, Croque, St. Julien’s and Main Brook is now in Alert Level 3.
Another cluster, involving seven cases, has been identified in the Western Health region along with a five-case cluster in the Eastern Health region.
One person is in hospital and with four new recoveries, there are currently 40 active cases in the province.
