The cleanup continues on the east coast following the aftermath of Hurricane Larry with many municipalities in the St. John’s-metro region offering debris drop-off locations for residents.
The City of St. John’s says residents who are cleaning up branches and trees from private property can drop-off debris at the large gravel parking lot at Quidi Vidi Lake near The Boulevard and at Bowring Park starting this morning.
Starting on Sunday, Sept. 12, drop off branches & trees ONLY from private property at:

In Mount Pearl, residents can drop off yard debris at the Upper Glacier parking lot at 45 Olympic Drive today through to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Mount Pearl will also be starting curbside yard debris collection in the coming days and expect the effort to take a few weeks.

Debris must be bundled and can weigh no more than 50 lbs. No other items will be accepted.
In Paradise, residents can drop-off branches, trees, leaves and debris at 619 St. Thomas Line, at the St. Thomas Line Treatment Plant.

The Town of Conception Bay South says residents can bring debris to the Town Depot lots next to 106 Conception Bay Highway and 70 Legion Road, beginning this morning.
The Town will be organizing drop off locations for fallen tree limbs. Starting Sun, Sept 12, residents can bring fallen limbs to the Town depot lots next to the following locations:

In Torbay, residents can drop-off any debris next to the brown bag drop-off sign behind the Torbay Town Hall.
