A 78-year-old man is facing assault and harassment charges following an incident in the capital city.
Shortly before 5:00 p.m. yesterday, RNC were called to a residence in the east end of St. John’s.
Police arrived and arrested a 78-year-old man for assault and making harassing phone calls.
He was released to appear in court at a later date.
