First responders are on the scene of a serious accident between a car and a motorcycle on Portugal Cove Road near the west bound on-ramp to the TCH.
The accident is in the south bound lane. Traffic in the lane is being diverted.
Significant delays have been reported in the area as a result. Police are asking motorists to use an alternate route.
