A 44-year-old St. John’s man is scheduled to appear in court today on a number of charges stemming from a residential break-in in the capital city.
Police were called to the area of Pennywell Road and Empire Avenue around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday to find the suspect inside the house.
Darrin Burke is facing charges of break and enter, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and failure to comply with a release order and probation order.
