A 70-year-old man was arrested for drugged driving in Old Perlican yesterday afternoon.
Shortly before 5:00 p.m., Harbour Grace RCMP received a tip of a man, who looked to be impaired, trying to enter a number of parked vehicles at the Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre.
A person at the scene had taken his keys to stop him from driving.
Police arrested the man and he submitted a drug test.
Police are awaiting the results of the testing to see if charges are necessary.
The man was released from custody, but his licence was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
