RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of a vehicle involved in a single vehicle crash in Victoria late last week.
RCMP say sometime overnight on Thursday, November 4, a black Hyundai Tiburon, which was reported to be traveling at a high rate of speed, lost control on the main highway at the intersection of Neck Road in Victoria.
The car left the road, went through a guardrail and over an embankment, coming to rest on its roof in the water.
The driver had escaped the scene prior to the arrival of police.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
