Progress continues toward restoration of health services disabled by the cyberattack carried out on October 30th.
The Department of Health says certain types of COVID forms are now available once again.
That includes the COVID-19 travel form and the COVID-19 assessment and referral form.
All travellers coming to Newfoundland and Labrador, including residents returning to the province, are required to fill out a travel form.
