A 34-year-old man has been charged with property damage following an incident in the downtown area last night.

Somebody was throwing rocks at vehicles last night, an incredibly dangerous act.

The RNC were called in and located the suspect, who was known to police.

Officers were also aware of an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

In addition to property damage, the man was charged with several breaches of court orders.

He was held to appear in court.
