Public access to all Provincial Courthouses will not be granted starting today and continuing through at least January 17. Anyone needing urgent assistance can use the contact info provided.
All adult and youth criminal appearances, trials, sentencings and hearings for those who are not in custody will be rescheduled two weeks from the scheduled date. A person’s new court date will be posted on the web site. There will be no in-person hearings.
Civil matters have ben adjourned indefinitely and travel to circuit locations has been suspended. Traffic court matters have been postponed for two weeks but payment of fines can be made online.
