As crews continue repairing road washouts from that rainstorm last Friday, most parts of the island are in for another wet day—though nowhere near what was experienced last week.
The south, southwest and west coasts will bear the brunt with 30 to 40 mm of rain whereas last week the water volume was over 100 mm in some areas.
Tiffany Cheeks, a meteorologist with the Gander Weather Office, says warnings are out for several regions.
Warnings are out for the stretch from the southern Avalon to Corner Brook.
The Northern Peninsula, however, gets another dumping of snow—about 20 cm.
