Privacy Commissioner Michael Harvey has reaffirmed government’s decision to withhold the Rothschild Report from public view.
According to a decision released Friday, two people made three access to information requests to receive copies of the report and related correspondence.
Government declined, citing numerous sections of the legislation.
After a review, Harvey found that the records fit the exception under “cabinet confidences,” and that government was in the right to withhold the report.
