Emergency services at the US Memorial Health Centre in St. Lawrence will be temporarily closed this weekend due to what Eastern Health calls human resource challenges.
The ER will be closed starting tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. and through to 8:00 a.m. Monday, August 29.
Those who need emergency services over the weekend are asked to call 911 or travel to the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre or the clinic in Grand Bank.
